Electronic Medical Record

 Your TeleHealthcare Electronic Medical Record is created to store your personal health information online, including health conditions, allergies and medications. Any information provided as part of a teleconsultation becomes part of your TeleHealthcare Record. You agree to provide accurate information for your TeleHealthcare Record, to periodically review such information and to update such information as needed. For additional information regarding use of your TeleHealthcare Record, please see our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to confirm any third party information in your TeleHealthcare Health Record.

Prescriptions

User Submissions

If you submit any business information, idea, concept or invention to TeleHealthcare by email, then you automatically grant or warrant that the owner of that content or intellectual property has expressly granted TeleHealthcare a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and/or display the communication or content in any media or medium, or any form, format, or forum now known or hereafter developed. If you wish to keep any business information, ideas, concepts or inventions private or proprietary, then do not submit them to TeleHealthcare by email.
