Here’s a detailed description of what you can expect when you arrange a consultation:

• Call (1-888-882-1944) or log on to your account at www.TeleHealthcare.com.
• Choose a doctor or healthcare professional that meets your needs and choose to talk to them as soon as possible or schedule a convenient time with our online scheduling tool.
• The doctor or healthcare professional reviews your personal Medical History Disclosure (MHD) prior to your consultation.
• In most cases the doctor or healthcare professional will contact you immediately or at your scheduled time.
• The doctor or healthcare professional will recommend therapy or treatment or may refer you to your primary care physician for further evaluation.
• The doctor or healthcare professional will update your MHD based on the encounter and any reported changes.
• Prescriptions, when appropriate, can be filled through TeleHealthcare or your local pharmacy
  

You pay for your consultation. You can print out receipts for deductibles or reimbursement, where applicable.
