3. See a healthcare professional (Provider)
The Physician reviews your Medical History Disclosure (MHD) and then contacts you directly. He/she will recommend treatment or may recommend you to your Primary Care Physician for further evaluation, if necessary.
You will see and speak to a physician or Provider live and face-to-face.
